Therefore, at first, you should learn standing Arabian front flip without tuck.
If you are able to do a standing Arabian front flip already, you should improve it; get more rotation, more height.
If you can do a good standing Arabian front, you don’t have to tuck.
However, you have to pay attention to keep small form in the air and put strength to your whole body while rotating.

  • No tuck(arms are on your sides)

– Add a half twist –

If you are able to do a half twisting front tuck, add that to your standing Arabian front without tuck.
If you have not been able to do a half twisting front tuck yet, twist your upper body more while you are on the ground.
In our tutorial, it is said to be good to twist by 45° while you are on the ground.
However, if you are not able to do a half twisting front tuck, you should twist by 60°around.
(Your upper body should be twisted by 60° at the moment of takeoff.)

It is because you are not able to add twist in the air, so that you should get more twist from the ground.
