Back Flip from Round off

Back Flip from Round off

It is almost the same as a standing back flip.
You should extend your knees and hip-joint and swing up your arms when takeoff.
(cf. Tutorial of Standing Back Flip)
However, you don’t have to arch your back because you have a momentum of run-up.
And instead of “jump”, you should punch the ground.
“Jump” is like a vertical jump, but punch is like a “kick”, so you should extend your knees and hip-joint more swiftly.
